Electric steam air humidifier, completely assembled,
Housing cover made of powder-coated steel sheet, color white aluminum
RAL 9006, for wall mounting. Fully automatic generation and delivery of
mineral-free, odorless, and sterile steam. State-of-the-art electronics
ensure optimal energy utilization, comprehensive operational safety
and self-adaptation to the existing water quality. Direct connection
to all common water supply networks. Separation of drinking water
and non-drinking water according to the Technical Rules for
Drinking Water Installations standard in the device with filling cup
integrated. According to DVGW AB W 540, no additional system separator
required.
Water and electronics parts separated. Built-in: Inlet solenoid valve and
sludge pump, electrode steam cylinder with gold-plated lamellae-
steam cylinder plug for high power transmission. Electrical part with
operating switch, operating light, and LCD touch display
Functional check through automatic system test when switched on.
Integrated 2-phase monitoring.
The control allows continuous power control with all common
control signals. When connected to an active humidity sensor, the
steam output is also possible via the integrated PI controller.
2 independent analog signal inputs allow the supply air
humidity control with continuously acting maximum humidity limitation or
externally humidity-dependent power specification.
The operation and programming of the operating parameters is done
menu-driven via an LCD touch display with TFT technology.
Connection to building management systems is possible without additional hardware
directly via the integrated Modbus interface or through the use of
a gateway via LON or BacNet IP. Optionally available:
BACnet IP and BACnet MS/TP BTL certified and LonWorks certified.
For all devices, the quasi-continuous control for
high control accuracies when directly connected to all common 2-
point humidity controllers is already included as standard.
Designed for duct pressures of -1000..+1500 Pa with built-in
atmospherically open filling cup.
In the steam cylinder, the humidifier water is heated by special grid-net-
large-area electrodes. The large surface of the grid-net-
structure enables long electrode service lives.
The included replacement steam cylinder can be easily
renewed.
All screws and clamps required for installation are
included.
