Calectro ModBus differential pressure transmitter -100 ... +3500 Pa with display
The pressure sensor CPS-D-MB has a built-in differential pressure element that is temperature-compensated for high accuracy and linearity.
The measured value is displayed on the illuminated display and can also be read via Modbus RTU. CPS-D-MB has no analog output signal.
The desired function is selected via the display: differential pressure or volume measurement. The setting of the K factor for volume measurement, zero calibration of the pressure element, and settings for the Modbus protocol are also done via the display.
There are no measuring range settings as CPS-D-MB has no analog output signal.
CPS-D-MB can measure volume/flow by setting the K factor, for example, on fans or orifice plates. The conversion formula from differential pressure to volume is: q = k x ??p.
The K factor can be set with two decimal places.
Various units can also be set: m³/h, m³/s, and l/s. The unit setting is just a display label and does not perform any mathematical calculation of the measured value.
In the default display setting, the current measured value is displayed. It is also possible to enter a custom display text via Modbus:
- At the very bottom of the display, there is a line with space for 10 characters available.
- Measured value (4 large characters) and possibly a user-selected unit (2 characters).
- Predefined units (Pa, m³h, m³s, and l/s) can also be used. The terminal block and cable connection of the housing (with pre-assembled M16 fitting) can be removed for easier installation. The housing cover has a hinge at the top edge and a snap closure with a locking hook at the bottom, which opens the cover when flipped up.
