Technical Specification
The proposed recirculation unit consists of a cabinet made of painted sheet metal suitable for indoor installation and having the following sections:
o Pre-filter section for reducing incoming dust to the unit (efficiency G4)
o Chemical section (1st stage) composed of no (2) Purafil PK12 modules pre-filled with Puracarb media
o Ventilation section with adjustable air flow, consisting of a fan coupled with a 2.6 KW-380V-3-50Hz electric motor
o Chemical section (2nd stage) composed of no (2) Purafil PK12 modules pre-filled with Select Chemisorbant media
o Post-filter section for reducing outgoing dust from the unit (efficiency F7)
o Air inlet/outlet grilles with flow direction from top to bottom)
The Purafil modules consist of a rigid polystyrene structure filled with porous alumina granules and impregnated carbon for the irreversible reduction of Hydrogen Sulfide and other acid gases that may be present in the air.
