The VESDA VLF is an early warning smoke detector designed to protect large and small areas in your company. (less than 250m2). The detector works by continuously sampling ambient air through holes in a network of pipes. The air is filtered and passes through a detection chamber, where light scattering laser technology detects the presence of very small amounts of smoke. Information on the status of the smoke detector can be transferred to its screen, relays or optional interface cards.
